The Teladoc Health analytics team conducted a study to examine whether an individual's income and education level impacted utilization and health outcomes for our Diabetes Management program. The study's findings clear up some of the commonly held assumptions around virtual chronic condition management solutions and whether they might broaden gaps in health equity.
