Teladoc’s 2018 Consumer Telehealth Benchmark Survey, in partnership with Becker’s Healthcare, benchmarks consumer telehealth adoption among leading hospital and health systems. This report presents the 2017 survey data and insights garnered from U.S. health systems that either have consumer telehealth in place or plan to implement by 2019, in addition to trends found by non-adopters.
