Practice-Wide Deployment of Telemedicine During the COVID-19 Crisis

Cape Regional Health Systems recognized (before the COVID-19 crisis) that telemedicine could play a vital role in our patient care access initiatives. We were able to build on early success of the program and role it out to all of our physicians and advance practice providers. However, there were significant challenges along the way.
